BIBLE STUDY ON AIR

TOPIC: SALVATION

Opening Prayer Greetings Question: When you hear the word CROSS, what is the first thing you had in mind?

The CROSS symbolizes SUFFERING. And Jesus’ suffering on the CROSS brings SALVATION When God created the world everything was made perfect all for LOVE. And because man fall into sin we are separated from the love of God, for the wages of SIN is DEATH and JESUS’ dying on the CROSS brings SALVATION, EVERLASTING LIFE.

John 3:16 For God do love the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

Gloria Antuerfia

We may not be facing like what Jesus did on the cross but we encounter suffering in our life, betrayal, hurt, fear, denial, this corona virus that spread all over the world that leads of no work, no food to eat, grief, rejection by other people because of the desease.

Discussion: In your life trials or suffering you experience or comes your way?

We never face everything on our own own but GOD promise to be with us always. “Do not be afraid for I have redeemed you… When you pass through raging waters I will be with you… When you pass throuh the fire you will not be burned for I AM WITH YOU.

Gloria Antuerfia

Closing: Prayer of Acceptance. Loving God, thank you i need you, thank you for dying on the cross for my sins and live again. I accept you as my LORD and SAVIOUR. Thank you, for the everlasting life. And Promise to do your will all my life now and forever. AMEN.

RAMADAN BAHRAIN: EID HUMAN RIGHTS

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Eid Al Fitr, Muslim friends, specially Bahrainis — both Sunnis and Shittes! I learned much of how important Ramadan fasting and feasting is to Islam when I had the pleasure to work in your country 2006-11. I was fortunate, too, that I witnessed your nation’s efforts to stand up for democracy and human rights. For all these I greet you Eid Human Rights, Bahrain!

WHERE IS THE SACRIFICE? ABRAHAM: GOD PROVIDES

Abraham's story of faith is the basis of Islam's major religious celebration Eid Ul Adha or Feast of Sacrifice. The Christian and Jewish faith also has this event as the central faith story with one main difference: Abraham had two sons, Isaac and Ishmael. In the Koran, it is only Ishmael.
