      The case is the same for most industries. I.T. professionals should also think in terms of entrepreneurship. This may solve the lack of innovators among our ranks.

    The reality is that there are only few innovators. In my field of IT for instance, you would need a broad knowledge of all aspects of IT. That in itself takes years and a decade go fully integrate that knowledge. And young people just don’t have the patience to be bothered of the long haul vision.

    Imagine, until now half of my peers are working abroad and there are just a handful of us who have the expertise and evened than that a license to practice our field and profession. So there ate many challenges ahead of us.

      There is a growing trend of business processing outsourcing that includes not just call centers but also technical jobs such as video editing, web design, SEO writing. If this events becomes a trend then we may have more I.T. professionals working in our country.
